      • All tickets, including NFT-based tickets, must be purchased through the official Heat Mi platform.
      • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise explicitly allowed.
      • You must present valid identification and the corresponding NFT or ticket code for entry.
   2. Refunds and Exchanges
      • Refunds are only provided if the festival is canceled or rescheduled.
      • All refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels.
   3. Admission Policy
      • Entry is subject to security checks. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal substances, weapons, and outside food or drinks.
      • The minimum age requirement for entry is 18 years unless otherwise specified.

7. Media and Recording By attending the festival, you grant Heat Mi permission to use any photos or videos captured at the event for promotional purposes. You may take personal photos and videos but are prohibited from using them for commercial purposes without prior approval.
8. NFT Use and Marketplace
   1. NFT Ticketing Your NFT ticket is linked to your personal crypto wallet. Heat Mi is not responsible for loss or unauthorized access to your wallet. NFT tickets include voting rights and other utilities as described during purchase.
   2. Marketplace Transactions
      • All NFT transactions are subject to marketplace terms.
      • Heat Mi does not guarantee the future value of any NFT purchased.
